Sister for a visit
My sister visited me for a few days. It was right at the time when I needed to see her and we had such a lovely time hanging around Glasgow and chatting a lot! We visited new and old places to eat, got inspired in the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and tested our knowledge in Harry Potter trivia (#harrypotter4life).
Ethical Unicorn wrote a post about the Zero Waste Kit by Bag Me. Basically, it was what I have been waiting for!
New sports
I often like to try something new and although I have done some sort of boxing before, it feels like something new when you haven’t done it in a long time. It was a lot of fun and really tough! NK also thought me how to do ball hockey shots.
Walks in the sunshine
The weather has actually been quite diabolical these past few weeks, with sunshine, rain and snow all appearing several times within a day. Fortunately, I have managed to get a walk in the sunshine, warming my mind and heart from the cold winter, in between the greyness.
Weather excitement
I am not a fan of rain and wind, but when I’m at home and watching the weather changing every 15 minutes it does keep the day exciting, whilst distracting me of course. This weather truly makes me feel that I live in Scotland!
Spring flowers
My favourite part about spring after all the light is the spring flowers. Whenever tulips arrive in the stores I get so excited and want to buy more than one bouquet. This time I made an arrangement of pastel coloured tulips and roses, and man they are making me happy!!

Those flowers are lovely! And I love that you’re embracing spring where you can – it’s nice to see others are getting nice weather and spring feels, haha! Also, how nice that you got to see your sister 🙂 It’s always nice to see family after a bit of time apart!

Sounds like you had a lovely week lass 🙂 I am LOVING the spring weather, finally! I nipped down to the flower stall at the end of my road and picked up a big ole bunch of tulips, it made me so happy! 🙂 Also, how fun is boxing?! I am usually a yoga lady but I love switching it up a bit from time to time! Have a great week chick, enjoy the sunshine 🙂 Immy x
