I know this is coming a bit late. The beginning of October was fairly hectic for me and I don’t see an end to that, but I guess that is a good thing. September was not full of adventures, actually, it was about getting back into a regular routine, which I am still trying to do. Working as a freelancer partly from home and partly elsewhere, as well as having a part-time job and having other projects doesn’t really leave much room for a routine, but I can strive for one!
Zero Waste week – It is so inspiring to see people coming together and coming up with ways to minimise waste they produce and encourage others to do.
Lunch With a Friend – I had lunch with a friend and had such a delicious meal, but what I was more impressed about was my friend who started talking about all the eco-choices she had made in her life and home among other that she had become a vegetarian. It was really inspiring!
Rebecca – A book by Daphne Du Maurier. It is Emma Watson’s book club book of this month, which I was more than happy about as I had recently acquired it from a charity shop. I wasn’t sure at first if I would like it, but I find it hard to put the book down!
New by Robert Galbraith – The long-awaited next installation of the Strike series is out. After it was out only a week I suddenly had the feeling that I need to check when it is coming out and to my surprise, it was out already. So it was an instant order and now I can’t wait to start reading it, right after I’ve finished Rebecca!
Morning stretch – I’ve tried regular morning stretches and warm-ups before and always noticed how it helps to wake up my body for the day, however, for some reason I seem to go off this routine. This time I’ve kept it for two months now and I can see how my body feels better on the days when I do it. It’s not going back now!

Why I Wear No Logos – Terumah writes how she doesn’t want branded products with logos. When all these years we’ve been used to being pressured by the media to want to have the image of certain brands, it’s quite freeing to think that we can be read without brand logos.
