September was my month of holidays. After a whole summer of working hard, it was great to take a couple of little trips and get my mind off things. My holidays could be seen on this blog as well from trip posts and long breaks between posts. When I wasn’t travelling I was working a lot, which is why I couldn’t quite keep up with blogging. Sorry about that, but I hope I can get back into the schedule with the blog now as I have many great post ideas in the works!
First, at the beginning of the month, I visited Isle of Mull and the Newlan Ark, whilst at the end of the month, I visited Berlin again in 10 years and fell in love with it (more on that soon). During my trips, I was very excited about wildlife and local produce on sale!
I was researching a lot about sustainability, but could only get the monthly sustainable news on here. I should soon be writing more on my research though! I did also share a beautiful collection of Instagram pics as well.
I really enjoyed my September, but I am looking forward getting into my routine in October; working a lot and posting here.
How was your September?
3 Food and Hygiene Corporations I Boycott – I prefer to concentrate on the positivity in my blog but every now and then things can make me really mad and I would love to just vent in here! Instead, I get really happy when I see other people thinking exactly the same as me. Kristen explains why she boycotts certain global mass corporations and more importantly why.
Our Trip To Berlin – I and the other half haven’t been on a holiday together in a long time and this was definitely about time. We found a lovely Airbnb in a lovely area in Berlin close by to where my friend lives. We did the touristy stuff, ate delicious food, spend time by ourselves and with my friend. And we got engaged! The trip was amazing! We didn’t want to leave, that’s how comfortable we felt in Berlin.
How I Care For My Clothing – This article by Anna Edit tells you few tips and links to how to care for your garments so that they will last you a long time. I love it when people share tips to keep their garments for longer!!
Nightmanager – This tv-show that everybody else was raving about maybe a year ago we only saw last week but were hooked within the first episode! Intrigue, the story, and Tom Hiddleston!!
Lavender Tea – I had heard of lavender tea before but never tasted. Lavender is one of my favourite scents so I really wanted to try it, so when I found this tea in a shop in Berlin I bought it instantly. On its own, it’s a bit too much, but added to green tea it is lovely!!
How has your week been?
